Below you'll find a list of common questions that we are asked.  If you have additional questions which are not listed below, please feel free to contact us.

Q: Is there a security deposit? A: No, there is no security deposit due.

Q: How much do I have to pay up front? A: You will be required to pay one months rent up front.

Q: Do we need to supply our own locks? A: You may supply your own locks or you can purchase one from 9th Street Storage for $20.

Q: Can I get into my storage unit anytime I want? A: Yes, our facility has a 24 hour security gate which allows you to access your storage unit at any time.  You will receive a personalized entry code once you become a 9th Street Storage customer.

Q: What happens if we are late on a payment? A: You will be given one week to pay your fees and if they remain past due a second lock will be placed on your unit.  Once payment is received, the second lock will be removed and you'll regain access to your unit.

Q: Do we need to sign a contract for a set period of time? A: No, you may simply rent your storage unit on a month-to-month basis without penalty.

Q: Do you need a copy of our key to the lock on our storage unit? A: Yes, you will be required to supply 9th Street Storage with a duplicate key to your storage unit.

Q: What do we do if we forget our code to the security gate? A: If you forget your code you can contact us and we'll tell you or supply you with a new one.
